After spending more than 30 years in the financial services industry as a commercial and consumer lender, bank manager, business analyst, data analyst and compliance officer, I am now privileged to be part of a company-wide transformation to the Scaled Agile software delivery framework at CoBank, a proud member of the Farm Credit System. I completed my Master's of Applied Science degree from the University of Denver in March 2012, and added a graduate certificate in Project Management in March 2013.
