As a technologist by trade, businessperson by practice, I bridge the gap between the technical and business operations sides of the organization. My unique ability to understand the problem at hand and find creative, data fueled solutions, while building meaningful relationships, has allowed me to consistently develop impactful programs, team, and initiatives throughout my career. I have had the opportunity to create and establish departments, functions, and teams from the ground up, building everything from systems and infrastructure to high performing teams, with scalability in mind. Basically, I’m a data junkie who loves guiding and developing people and combining my analytical and strategic skills to be a valued asset to my team.I’m the type of person who believes that the key to high quality decision making is combining data, diverse perspectives and experiences. As a leader, I’m able to maintain focus and calm in the face of adversity and provide clarity in ambiguous situations.
