Responsibile for managing a team of 15-20 team members during any given event at the venue. One of two full time hourly team members in the premium department at the Moda Center.

Portland, Oregon

Manage and maintain a team of 15-20 servers during game day events totaling service for nearly 800 guests per event. Reconciliation of $1500-$3000 worth of cash during events for all cash sales, also nearly $4000 of credit card sales during every event. Knowledgeable in POS, Micros, and ByPass sales systems in order to assist in the event that a server may have a system error. Inventory all chargeable sales before and after events including the inventory of liquor and food service items.
