Part of the Senior Leadership Team at iHASCO, I look after the New Business department. My responsibilities include the day to day running of the team, training, recruitment and to have a strategic focus on the future. We provide thousands of companies of all sizes with an excellent eLearning solution that helps them save time, money and admin headache but our main asset is our staff. The service we provide is second to none and this is represented in our company values, 'Training made simple' and 'Make a genuine difference'.

Working with all teams within iHASCO ranging from Sales right through to Creation and Technical. Helping the cohesion and communication flow to improve the customer experience. General team management and the management of projects such as team incentives and training.

I hold over 300 accounts and help provide the best e-learning product in the industry. I am also responsible for training and mentoring new and current staff. My main responsibility is still to help my client base in any training needs that may arise. Also, other large responsibilities of mine are working with the Directors to implement new staff perks across iHASCO and running my own staff training sessions. Seniors work as part of the Management team to help keep iHASCO growing even further and cementing our place at the top of the e-Learning market.

Working within a team that is selling the best e-Learning product in the industry. I am responsible for looking after all of my clients training needs, making sure they get excellent customer service along with our exceptional product. This is my main responsibility, along with growing the IHASCO brand to make sure that everyone knows about our brilliant e-learning.
