During the football season my responsibilities included watching and charting football games, researching upcoming games (weather, injuries, trends, etc.), writing and assisting in editing the weekly newsletter and maintaining the computer generated ratings for the teams that I was responsible for. I also had to report weekly to the owner Phil Steel to review and report all of the information that I had gathered throughout the week relating to the conferences I was responsible for covering. During the offseason, my time was divided equally between researching and analyzing information that was used by Phil Still for his Award Winning College Preview Magazine, and editing/proofing the information as it was being put together to be publishedAs a die hard sports fan, this was one of my most favorite work experiences that I ever had!
