He drove forward the comprehensive project for territorial planning, infrastructure, economic growth, and sustainable development, making it the most significant project in modern Mexico.He held the position of Director of the Transportation Undersecretariat at the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SICT), where he promoted secure, efficient, and competitive transportation systems by designing strategies that contribute to the sustained growth of the economy and the balanced social development of the country.Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of U.S. - Mexico Transportation at SICT, overseeing international multimodal transportation issues and diplomatic activities of international protocol.
