As a Senior Loan Officer and Marketing Coordinator, Aaron's career journey has been marked by a pursuit of excellence and a genuine passion for serving his clients and community.Born and raised in the heart of Central California, Aaron's journey towards a successful career in finance and marketing began at Northern Arizona University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Following his academic pursuits, Aaron ventured into a family business, managing and operating their gun shop for six years. This experience instilled in him valuable entrepreneurial skills and a deep appreciation for the importance of customer relationships.In 2016, Aaron made a pivotal decision to relocate to Central Texas, embarking on a new career path in banking. Since then, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various facets of lending, including consumer mortgage, agricultural lending, and commercial lending. Currently, Aaron's primary focus lies in commercial lending to help businesses achieve their financial goals.Beyond his role as a Senior Loan Officer, Aaron is also the Marketing Coordinator for his bank. His creative and strategic contributions played a pivotal role in a significant rebranding effort, overseeing the transition from Mills County State Bank to its new identity, MCBank. Outside of the office, Aaron's life revolves around his family. He is a dedicated husband and father to two young boys. Together, they lead an active lifestyle, participating in church activities, hunting, and their shared passion for sports. Aaron has been a volunteer firefighter since 2018 and was recently elected to Commissioner for the Housing Authority of Hico. Aaron's commitment to his family and community reflects his character, demonstrating his dedication to creating a positive impact wherever he goes.
