Shift Lead at Snag Delivery, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered within 15 minutes. This consisted of delivering and completing orders myself, as well as managing others’ deliveries. I would track inventory in the warehouse as well as ensuring store is prepared and stocked throughout all shifts. I also focused on customer experience, resolving any issues that arise and locating areas for improvement.

Worked collaboratively with the Office of Research and Environment@UCSB to develop and maintain a centralized calendar/newsletter for related campus seminars and events, and communicate highlights of environment research and activities on campus. I also complete various writing projects including story features, interviews, and website content creation, all on environment.ucsb.edu.

Represent Raising Cane’s with enthusiasm and professionalism. Serving as NRO and CT, I traveled to Barstow, CA to assist in training employees for a new restaurant opening. With this, I trained and mentored new crew members to the full standards of the company, ensuring that the restaurant will be a successful addition to the Raising Cane’s franchise.

Within the communication department, I assisted in marketing and communications strategies in order to receive experience for my intended college major. I also spread awareness on the upcoming Census and how it determines where funding is allocated. Through a theme of education, I was able to effectively reach my audience by not only being a leader, but a student alongside them.
