Senior Project Manager

Position included working on the program management team along with the senior management team to implement an industry leading robo-advisor for emerging wealth investment seeking individuals. The automated solution includes 10 workstreams/projects that report up to the program management team for consultation, status updates, business requirements definition, project planning, phase definition, etc. Duties include scope definition, meeting attendance, meeting recaps, action item follow up, project planning, reporting to upper management, scope creep management, team management, key decision making and ensure overall program success.

Responsible for oversight of implementation of Salesforce for the financial SME’s at the organization. Also responsible for working with the Compliance department to ensure the organization is operating within the legal boundaries of the banking industry. Duties include project initiation documentation, business requirements gathering and documentation, financial documentation, project plan documentation, project task tracking and ongoing operations tracking. Additional duties include:• Creation of a project brief document that includes all of the details of the project including the resources, financials, objectives, requirements and all encompassing project deliverables as agreed to in a team setting and with management approval prior to proceeding with the project.• Working with the Salesforce representatives to provide technical assistance when needed.• Open communication with the IT team for system integration.• Provide oversight to ensure quality results during data migration from inhouse databases to the new Salesforce platform. • Provide oversight for the local entity involved in the regionalization of standards for the banking industry as mandated by the United States Federal Reserve. • Working directly with the Chief Compliance Officer and providing timely updates.• Tracking action items on Sharepoint for transparency of progress at all levels of the organization. • Manage cross functional teams to drive the delivery of business requirements for the products / processes that were the center of each project assigned to me.• Host project status update meetings with stakeholders as well as meetings with senior management team. (President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice president of PMO, etc.)

Program sizes can range from $500,000 through $5M+ in freight spend flowing through our system. This requires flawless set up and excellence in the set up of each new client. Duties incude writing project plans (Microsoft Project), meeting organization, action item creation and results delivery through completion of set up. Post-launch activiites include client relations, ongoing bug fixes if needed (working wtih IT), testing, financial tracking and quarterly business reviews. IT enhancements include requirements gathering, scoping, quote building, team monitoing for progress updates to clients and invoicing for work completed.
