• Manager of team that supports the County’s Enterprise-Wide Learning Management System. As many of the County’s departments depend on successful training completion to receive federal funding, the requirements and business processes for many of the departments are extremely complex, and one of the goals of the Technical Team is to automate as many of those processes as possible.• Technical Project Manager of the County’s multi-million dollar RFP for a new Learning Management System. Worked with many different business groups to gather requirements, helped make final decision on move from Saba Learning Management System to SumTotal LMS and kept the project moving forward smoothly. • Managed the entire technical implementation from beginning to successful completion. Was able translate and migrate over 36,000 user accounts, 20,000 courses, 75,000 classes, 4,000 web-based-training content, and over 1,000,000 historical training records into the new Learning Management System. • Lead Consultant and Lead Administrator of the County of Santa Clara’s enterprise-wide Learning Management System (built on SumTotal Systems LMS.)• Supervise, train, and develop team members resulting in more efficient and quicker resolution of request and incident time for customers. Review all work production and evaluate with feedback as needed.• Onboarding new customers onto the platform, which includes everything from an overview meeting with their stakeholders, devising solutions to issues around their current training program and creating new business processes for their teams for the LMS, training their team’s staff on their admin tasks within the system, and conducting customer rapport meetings to make sure that the customer has everything they need to maximize their usage of the LMS for their users.

• Created a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Certification program for over 1400 users in the County. After Gathering requirements from the Chief Information Security Officer, provided him with a proposal with multiple options (along with positives and negatives for each option) and were able to implement a solution based on his decision using all of the information we provided him. Created custom, scheduled reports to update the training managers as needed to make sure their users were up-to-date as the HIPAA certification is federally-mandated.• Developing and managing multiple projects, including a project to create a state-mandated rolling 2 year e-learning certifications for all 16,000 County employees.• Able to identify gaps in stakeholder usage of the LMS and provide new methods and processes to effectively help grow the use of the system.• Create custom reports and dashboards based on customer needs.• Initiated a quarterly communication to stakeholders with regards to enhancements in the current update, and created test scripts to make sure all essential features of the LMS are correctly functioning in Production after the update.

• Admin of sccLearn (Internal Learning Management System) for all County employees built on Saba Software’s Learn Application; Creating courses, documentation, and working directly with users to solve issues.• Report building using the County’s Learning Management System for different users based on specific query criteria.• Second level support for the County IT Help Desk. Advanced troubleshooting issues, vendor fixes, and working with users who have delayed tickets.• Workflow development using K2 Workflow and out of the box SharePoint 2013 features. Gathered and analyzed requirements from Stakeholders and lead a team to improve the manual paper based processes into e-forms. • Building workflows and flowcharts to demonstrate the improved processes that will be developed.

- SharePoint admin, controlling permissions, creating team sites, project workspaces, new sites, deleting users, and handling all daily needs for creating a genuinely great experience on Microsoft SharePoint 2010.- Launched a multiple sites on SharePoint from conception to inception within a week; included workflows, team sites, and project workspaces.- Crafted a Business Requirement Document (BRD) that detailed requirements to create a cutover procedure to a vendor who would be supplying a customer-facing website and a document repository.
