Developed and implemented a growth strategy for the Whippany office territory. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of sales team members. Established a Sales agent in training program to help ensure consistency in training as I worked to fill generational gaps in our NJ Sales team. Established a future managers team which helped to educate and place sales agents who wanted a leadership path in management positions. Was given the opportunity to become a Regional Manager over Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Rye Brook, NY Sales offices. Focused in on optimizing sales agent performance, as well as my own, throughout my career.

Opened a new office for Stephen Gould in the growing market of Pittsburgh, PA. Was promoted to Sales manager of that office and was responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of new hires. Responsible for development and execution of a territory growth strategy. Established a first of its kind, Design Center which services over 30 of our global offices each year.
