    I oversee a highly skilled Engineering, Development and PM team that’s responsible for all aspects our Content Services projects. With a corporate slogan of, “It’s the Idea that Matters,” IOS’ Content Services is not limited solely or simply to the installation of a software platform; rather, our Professional Services Group (PSG) is involved from Pre-Sale to Discovery through the final Implementation, ensuring a continuity of idea sharing, requirements gathering, overall design and deployment. These projects can include advanced OCR capture, integration with third party or core systems (HRIS, ERP, etc.), conversion of existing platforms and custom developed solutions for when out-of-the-box just won’t do. Our team has deployed systems ranging in size from one to six hundred users, converted over 50 different product brands to any one of the six platforms we’ve offered over the years, and finally, built at least six of our own products when there wasn’t an industry equivalent that sufficed. Because again, as we say, “It’s the idea that Matters.”
