In charge of wood drilling, screwdriving and threading tool categories, representing $30 million in annual P&L, for this global manufacturer and distributor. Provided team direction and target delegation for product, brand, sales, channel marketing, logistics, finance and training departments. Project-led the “Daredevil” sub-branded umbrella program with a focus on Big Box and Industrial channels, resulting in $7 million in new placements. Produced and delivered detailed training that was practical and demonstrable for users and distributors.
