Aaron Cooper has been a technical pioneer for 20 years. His first major web project, in 1995, was the development of a b2b online ordering system that led to the company being bought by a big US competitor. Aaron then became a key member of one of Australia’s first digital agencies, prior to moving to London to develop content publishing platforms for the UK’s largest internet portal. Upon returning to Melbourne he built a team to develop rich media content platforms for the film and TV industry, before taking an offer to head up the digital team at one of Australia’s most awarded advertising agencies.It was here that Aaron met Joel Thomson, who was the agency’s digital creative director. After breaking new ground in interactive longform content for a number of high profile clients, Aaron and Joel left to found their own successful communications agency named Story, focused on helping large organisations to communicate b2b stories more effectively.After seeing the same communications challenges in many large organisations remain unaddressed, Aaron and Joel found themselves wanting to effect genuine transformational business change. It was this and an existing germ of an idea that led them to invest in the comprehensive production of the SalesPreso platform and content methodology.
