Based in Tianjin, China my primary role is to carry out high precision electronic surveys of Structural modules required for the construct of a Gas Processing facility located in Onslow, Australia. • Carrying out As-Built surveys of components such as pipes/spools, pipe racks, bolt clusters and steel structures with the use of infra-red/laser Total Stations, for a first fit and clash free installation of newly fabricated pipes/spools and structural elements• Establish external and structural control networks • Carrying out survey data processing with the use of Dimes in order to provide final data for the production of structural, piping and cable ladder reports• Producing As-Built survey reports in order to allow the release and mobilisation of complete structural modules and components for construct at the final project location• Complete Job Hazard Analysis prior to each scope of work • Liaising with Senior management and the client to report progress and identify upcoming priorities • Carry out all relevant planning and preparations for upcoming work scopes in order to ensure responsive action can be taken at the clients request
