Provided leadership to a team of 150 direct and indirect reports, comprising business analysts, developers and QA engineers in multiple cities and countries. Accomplishments included the complex consolidation of many legacy systems after acquisition of competitor and the elimination of $10 million in legacy system costs with a focus on new platforms to facilitate customer migration.Product Manager-Claims Administration (Marsh Senior Vice President) (2003–2004)* Appointed to plan and execute emergence into new claims administration market.
