In AIESEC, we develop globally-minded leaders for a better future by sending young people on cross-cultural exchanges. As the President of the Macquarie University local chapter, I led a team of 8 passionate individuals on the executive board to manage 60 student members. Together, we delivered cross-cultural leadership programs for young people across the world by facilitating over 70 international volunteering and work placements opportunities. During this time, we achieved growth in all three of AIESEC's international volunteer and work placement program and was awarded the National Excellence Award for Outgoing Exchange Program in 2016.In this role, I also designed and delivered numerous training sessions, namely during four separate leadership conferences and summits for the local, regional and national network

As the VP of Finance and Operational Strategy, I was responsible for leading a team to manage the organisation's financial resources, internal and external compliance, investments and business analytics. By extensions, my team and I were heavily involved in operational strategy support on tactical matters that were related to budget management, forecasting and needs analysis.
