From 2019 to 2023, I was one of the two caretakers at the Venue apartment building in Whalley. Since mid-2023, I have been the sole caretaker at Deercrest Estates in Coquitlam. For both properties, I worked under Bayside Property Services. In both roles, I take care of the common area by cleaning it, reporting damage, enforcing bylaws and helping residents with fobs and other common-area concerns. In addition to that, at Deercrest Estates I took care of their pool and hot tub, managing the chemical balance of them and cleaning them and the pool deck surrounding them.

I am currently helping perform an experiment Dr. Hoffer designed with input from myself and other lab volunteers. This involved setting up the study environment (a small golf course), cameras, and data analysis tools (primarily Excel and R). Currently, I am in charge of managing the data analysis tools, using them to generate graphs and perform statistical tests on the data we have collected.

I have a large network of contacts online through a fan site. From 2013 to 2019, we attended a convention in Baltimore every year, where I bought several (15+) rooms from a local hotel and organized large roomshares for me and my network. I covered everything from assigning rooms to setting prices based on projected costs, and setting deadlines based on the convention date and managing unanticipated last-minute issues. Since the Baltimore convention ended in 2019, I continue to sell hotel rooms to my group for smaller, similar conventions in Seattle, Columbus and Milwaukee. These blocks are usually 3-6 hotel rooms, but it's enough to pay for the trip.
