• Range Systems Designs and builds Military and Law Enforcement Live Fire Tactical Shoot Houses and Ranges. My duties ranged from Manufacturing Engineering to Design Engineering.• Implemented SOLIDWORKS, and PDM Works.• Re-designed the company's main product bringing it from a “design from scratch each time method” to a family of pre-engineered modules that can be assembled in any configuration. • New Design cut manufacturing and installation cost by 30% and drastically improved project lead time.• Re-designed Mechanical Connections of the Deployable Shoot House and cut costs from $250,000.00 to $47,000.00 per unit.• Re-design all other product families to Reduce Cost, Improve Manufacturability, Improve performance, and added features.
