Bringing UNI SA on board to assist in conducting the research into identifying where our employees are causing their injuries during repetitive Ratchet motion. The trend was identified through monitoring of injuries and root cause analysis. The program identified through motion capture that the speed and stress caused micro tears. The information generated also indicated that the security of the vehicles needed only half the number KG of force on the strap to adequately restrain a vehicle in transit.
