Kyyba companies have received the Inc. 5000 award for Fastest Growing Private Companies five years in a row.Responsibilities:• Responsible for resourcing, submitting resumes on assigned Priority requirements.• Interaction with candidates via telephony or email, understanding profile, making them understand job Role, taking preliminary interview, and confirmation for forwarding their resume to relevant client.• Identifying Fake resumes.• Updating Internal Database by daily sourced resumes and adding candidates to the requirement pipeline on internal database. • Negotiating billing rates on C2C, W2, Con W2, • Conducted and coordinated interviews of candidates for employment with the Account Managers.• Good Experience working on contact, contract to hire and Full time positions.• Extensive experience on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, LinkedIn etc..

Responsibilities:• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
