• Responsible for strategic creation and management of all digital and traditional marketing activities across TCSG including workforce development, technical education, adult education, economic development, student.
• Collaborate with TCSG department staffs, as well as Technical College Directors Association, and Technical College Foundation Association to understand and assist in their marketing needs as well as identify marketing.
• Serve as primary marketing liaison to communication staff at all 22 TCSG colleges and advise on their marketing needs.
• Supervise graphic designer and direct graphic design process and personnel to ensure top product content and quality.
• Work with Executive Director of Communications to identify and implement strategic marketing initiatives through all forms of marketing communications.
• Manage six regional marketing summits with TCSG colleges, COX media, and Secondary Initiatives team to ensure success.

Aaron Sones has been at West Georgia Technical College for nearly five years, where he served as Sports Information Director until his recent promotion to the position of External Affairs Coordinator for the College.While fulfilling the role of External Affairs Coordinator, he will also still serve as Sports Information Director and continue the branding.
