Partnered with design, engineering, QA, marketing, customer support and sales to execute product development, customer enablement, and ongoing product iteration, data gathering, and analysis.Trained AI/ML model (regression tree) to identify leading predictors of user retention; findings were used as the basis for product team backlog prioritization.Led process to develop and implement North Star and Value Metrics with Product Team in coordination with Chief Product Officer; led workshops with PMs to define and gain consensus around metrics.Collaborated with PMs to define hypotheses and usage targets for roadmap features. Drove development and implementation of data and performance strategy for Promise Neighborhood – a coalition of 26 partner organizations under a common strategy and impact framework – in the South Ward of Newark, NJ. Supervised team of two analysts. Product-managed development of shared case-management and performance-monitoring product, including extensive outreach to and consultation with teachers, social workers, program evaluators, and other users.

Developed innovative concept for non-profit that provided framework for high school students to serve as paid math tutors for middle-school students; pressure-tested model through meetings with educators, non-profit leaders, start-up founders, subject experts, and academics; developed business model, pilot plan, grant proposals, and White Paper

As a Summer Associate in Investment Banking, I was assigned to projects across multiple coverage areas (it was a generalist model) including Structured Products, TMT, and Medical Devices. Specific projects of note included developing, and delivering a presentation to the Structured Products Team on the potential use of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies to finance growth of telecommunications client, assisting with the development and maintenance of a buyer list on a live technology deal, and the development of a pitch deck for a Medical Devices client.

Performed due diligence on proposal for innovative low-income housing program using modular housing on city-owned parcels. Due diligence included extensive research into LIHTC and other affordable housing funding streams. Research included several conversations with real-estate and affordable housing practitioners/experts. Developed recommendations and presentation to Trust leadership. Following presentation, my recommendations were adopted.
