Bayside At The Embarcadero

While attending SDSU in pursuit of my BA, I worked the Front Desk of Bayside at the Embarcadero, a premier luxury condominium high-rise in Downtown San Diego. In my years there, I developed relationships with residents and was able to learn from their invaluable experience and guidance. My duties and responsibilities included:- cultivating excellent resident relations- scheduling moves and reservations- procurement and review of vendor insurance- concierge services- daily interaction with vendors and real estate agents- upholding Association rules and standards - facilitating a wide variety of requests- using all resources at my disposal to efficiently and effectively problem solveI worked closely with the HOA Management team while performing functions as an extension of them, proving to be an excellent asset to the operation of the Association.
