I grew up in an insurance agency filing files in a cabinet, typing up envelopes on a typewriter, and using a hole-punch to create renewal binders. For better or worse, insurance is in my blood. My grandfather owned a steakhouse which is much cooler but I seem to have inherited the insurance and entrepreneurial gene nonetheless.I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and have now spent my entire career building and growing insurance businesses. Whether a traditional business like Steffey Insurance Agency, or an insurtech like Propeller Bonds, I was fortunate to realize the power of a strong team early on. I'm 100% sure I'll never found a company by myself. I know my strengths and deficiencies and build my team around me accordingly. I've never been more focused on my career than now and I'm very excited with all the opportunities within the industry I grew up around. I did my undergraduate degree at Ole Miss and then received an MBA from Villanova University which have both helped me navigate my career in vastly different ways. Beyond this, I'm an active participant within the Union League of Philadelphia and the Ireland Funds.
