At Vistra Corp., I am RCM (Retail Contract Management) Specialist supporting the ERCOT Market for TXU Energy. In this role, I train new hires, document new processes, work on systems integration and have spent many months on a CLM Replacement Project.Background:My career in the gas and electric industry began in 1997 in Customer Management at Enron Capital and Trade- later Enron Energy Services. I managed customer service teams, worked on special projects and ultimately took a position in Houston as Account Manager for Enron in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arrangement with Computer Sciences Corporation.In 2002 I joined TXU Energy in Dallas, leading the commercial and industrial billing and EDI Teams during Texas market deregulation. From 2004-2009, I serviced TXU Energy while employed by Capgemini in another BPO arrangement; and in 2009 I returned to TXU Energy, in an IT role on the Billing/Device Management team concentrating on IS-U's RTP Interface and interval data for metering and pricing before joining Data Services and then the Testing/QA Services teams.In April 2018, I returned to the business, specifically the Customer Billing and Transactions Services group within Customer Experience. This time around, I supported many Vistra brands and different processes (renewals for out of state markets, out of synch issues related to TX res/smb, etc), reconciliations between systems, system conversions and more. Specialties: customer care, complex billing, managing people, business process outsourcing, residential and commercial/industrial customers, many years of both gas and electric experience and familiar with EDI and capable of maintaining an understanding of many different market protocols and company practices based on those protocols/practices, interval data, EDM, MDM, Data Quality.
