In 2010, after eight years at two large law firms where my practice focused on acquisitions/sales, real estate finance, leasing, and joint ventures, I started a new firm: A.Y. Strauss, LLC. I envisioned building a streamlined organization, free of layers of management, and a destination for clients transacting in the middle market space across the U.S.The firm, with offices located in Livingston, NJ and New York, NY, has grown to include a talented team of attorneys that are highly skilled in the latest intricacies of transactions and litigation involving commercial real estate, construction contracting, bankruptcy, franchising law, and labor & employment.
