Aaron Altair Suguitan is a dedicated Pre-service teacher at the University of Santo Tomas pursuing a degree in Secondary Education Major in Social Studies. With a passion for community engagement and leadership, Aaron, at 21 years old, stands as an exemplar of youth empowerment and social responsibility.Driven by a desire to create positive change, Aaron has actively participated in various socio-political projects and programs, honing his leadership and organizational management skills. As a Council Member of the Sangguniang Kabataan in Barangay San Isidro, Taytay Rizal, he has demonstrated his commitment to grassroots community development. Additionally, his role as Deputy Executive Director for Political Affairs and Good Governance of Angat Taytay, Inc. has further enriched his experience in leading impactful initiatives.Aaron's dedication to service extends beyond his local community. As former Treasurer of the UST College of Education Student Council, he plays a vital role in student advocacy and representation. Moreover, his involvement as a Segment Researcher for Now You Know PH highlights his commitment to raising awareness about socio-political issues affecting the youth.Recently, Aaron was inducted as an Inaugural Fellow of Angat Kalikasan of Angat Buhay NGO (Angat Pinas, Inc.)— a four-day summit aimed at empowering Sangguniang Kabataan members in environmental governance and policy advocacy. This experience aligns with his aspirations to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development and environmental conservation efforts.With a strong academic background from institutions like the University of Santo Tomas, San Beda University, and Siena College of Taytay, Aaron is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the challenges of the modern world.
