The solution automatically detects an unexpected item, determines the received item's details and correctly attributes it to the correct Advance Shipping Notice (ASN). All behind the scenes and “invisible” to the operator allowing them to receive like any other item.• Improved SLA tracking accuracy for PO style ASNs from non-existent to executive management visibility. This was achieved by introducing a concept of multiple shipments on a single ASN. In turn, this decreased the granularity of tracking to sub ASN level producing the required metrics for communication with the merchant.• Helped close a high profile 3PL deal by implementing an MVP putaway solution. Available both on robot and via a handheld device. Leveraging a data feed from the merchant, optimally and accurately deliver products to appropriate picking locations.• Improved operator efficiency by reducing induct time of large ASNs by reducing scan times from 4-5 seconds to sub-second. After a detailed investigation, identified and executed a refactor to increase performance.
