The market will reward employers, landlords, and owners who embrace these constraints without compromising the human experience—those who treat it as a creative prompt.

Aaron is the Executive Creative Director of Environments, the in-house architectural and interior design team at Airbnb. Aaron founded the team with his wife Rachael in 2014 after 3 years of independent practice. Their first project was the reinvention of a call-center in Portland, since then Airbnb has opened 15 new office spaces all over the globe. Environments are also responsible for the design of large-scale events, most recently an 8,000 person 3-day happening in Downtown Los Angeles called Open.
