ViewLift’s digital platform allows consumers to stream live and on-demand content and offers in-depth marketing, data and analytics tools that empower businesses to generate revenue and enhance interaction with their audience.Responsible for managing traditional, day-to-day CFO responsibilities such as Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Treasury/Banking, Audit and Tax. Additional responsibilities include leading the HR and Legal functions plus managing a Pro-Services team focused on delivering sophisticated, customized solutions to enterprise clients. Heavily involved in sales and marketing, operations, client management and contract negotiations.Guided company through multiple phases of evolution from rapid-growth start-up, to mature, profitable company by closing financing rounds, adding a debt facility, expanding operations into Europe, and ushering in a series of system upgrades geared toward scaling operations leading to a 5-year period of high Revenue, CAGR and EBITDA growth.Together with senior leadership-team, provided hands-on and results oriented leadership during global pandemic. Successfully preserved company assets by securing two government loans (and ultimate forgiveness), negotiated lease cancellations, renegotiated vendor contracts, and preserved customer base with payment deferrals and contract restructurings. Fostered work-from-home transition while maintaining morale and accountability and helped to retain key employees.
