About Dr. Aaron T. Dossey

As a Ph.D. Biochemist, Biomedical Scientist, I launched All Things Bugs LLC in 2011 and Invertebrate Studies Institute in 2018. I am a self-taught Entomologist with a life-long passion for insects and the natural world. My experiences make me uniquely qualified to lead these endeavors. As a world leader in the field, I published the foundational reference textbook, "Insects as Sustainable Food Ingredients". All Things Bugs LLC, founded in 2011, is the world’s leading innovator in insects as a sustainable bioresource and the world’s first wholesaler of insect-based food ingredients. We are focused on developing sustainable eco-friendly technologies from insects to improve food security and health. Our research includes cutting-edge technologies in insect farming, genetic engineering, food product development, manufacturing and processing.
