Assisted test and manufacturing engineers in the identification of catastrophic system and test failures that were resulting in damage to system components as well as test environments. Reduced time to test from a period of days/weeks down to a single day.

Served as the material maintenance supervisor for the "Radar and Navigation" and "Test Equipment" shops on-board USS Lake Champlain. Responsible for the supervision of three junior technicians and the maintenance and repair of gyroscopes, GPS timing, air navigation beacons, navigational computer networks, surface search radars, navigation radars, radar video repeaters, and identification transponders. Also responsible for tracking and maintaining over 250 individual pieces of calibrated test equipment and ensuring timely calibration of equipment.Served as the Leading Petty Officer for the NCTAMS PAC maintenance division at COMPACFLT and PACOM. Responsible for the supervision of two senior technician, five junior technicians and the maintenance and repair of all transceivers, amplifiers, multiplexers, modems, HMIs, cryptographic devices, audio switches, and UHF/EHF SATCOM systems in support of the COMPACFLT and PACOM missions.
