Working for an amazing organisation as part of a digital transformation and cyber security focused team, I am responsible for managing all internal and external projects. This includes all program and project management personnel and their related activities across Australia. I plan, lead, organise, resource, and motivate project teams to achieve a high standard of performance, quality and delivery across multiple projects within fast-paced environments.Providing guidance to the team, I work with both traditional and agile project delivery methodologies in combination with our Project Management Framework. I ensure that the appropriate balance of agility and predictability is applied to all projects, regardless of size, budget, or complexity.Overseeing the Security, Systems, Network and Delivery teams, I am also responsible for monitoring all in-flight projects, whether that be the implementation of a SIEM/SOC or a migration of all services to the cloud, and everything in-between. Some of my other responsibilities include people development, team management and culture, operational management, customer relationships and budget planning and adherence.In addition to the above, I also aid with technical Pre-Sales engagements and consulting for project delivery to Superloop and our customers.

As the head of IT in a Victorian Government regulator, I am responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the organisation. My primary job is to make sure the company's technology strategy serves its business strategy. I am a team-orientated leader who is passionate about people and technology. My responsibilities are strategic and operational direction, recruitment, management and mentoring of resources and teams, direction of the Service Desk and IT support functions (including incident and change management, systems administration, network and system engineers, application and cloud support, business analysts and database support), contract negotiation, project management, vendor management and the effective service delivery of all technology infrastructure, strategic business planning and daily operation of IT services.I am also responsible for the organisations technology budget, ICT Strategy, providing advice to the executive team and the business, sitting on multiple steering committees and oversight of all IT projects within the VBA.Note - Previously the organisation was known as the Building Commission and the Plumbing Industry Commission; organisational and legislative change on 1 July 2013 created the Victorian Building Authority
