Manages Express shipping requirements of DHL's Corporate VIP accounts.Provides the full suite of customer service offerings (including bookings, enquiries, supply requests) to Key Account customers in addition to customized contracted services (eg Reporting etc).Works with DHL Network to achieve promised transit times, service levels and other contracted service requirements of Key Account customers to avoid shipment delays and potential service failuresRecommended a process improvement idea to a Key Account Customer which got implemented on a global level having major impact on eliminating unnecessary costs/expenses in their logistics and sales part of the business.

Assists customer with inquiries about all the bank’s products/services.Ensures customer requests are handled in an accurate and timely manner by coordinating with different departments and branches.Serves as back up in RCB Card Fraud Monitoring and Corporate Banking. Process debit/credit card capture reports, activation, and blocking.Lead generation for the sales team.Takes escalated calls and process delegated tasks assigned by the Manager. Process installment requests and quick cash applications.Handles Merchant and VIP/Priority Banking.Merchant Services – Manual Approval, Code 10, Terminal Reset, Pick Up Status, Mail Orders, Refer to Issuer, and Basic POS troubleshooting.Selling bank products through inbound calls.
