In 2023, I was appointed Chief Deputy of Operations for the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The operations division comprises approximately 70 sworn staff and another 30 support personnel. Actively is re-engaging the community with the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office. This includes building relationships with eight separate fire districts and multiple local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Drug Recognition Expert (Instructor) with teaching experience at the academy, local, state, and federal levels. Also presented to local businesses, other governmental departments, and schools. Strong professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Grand Valley State University. Retired from the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office after 20 years of service as the detective sergeant (division supervisor and command staff member) with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry, skilled in Criminal Intelligence, Homicide Investigations, Undercover, Government, and Emergency Management.
