Mintegrity is a volunteer network of young Chinese professionals. They have all responded to the opportunity to be trained and volunteered to participate in leadership development and culture orientation. During summer internships they work among emerging transnational companies that reinforce the core value of integrity in all aspects of their company. Integration of this core value through experiential internships helps launch Mintegrity members into their careers.

Sias International University has the most foreign faculty of any university in China at 135 faculty and 10 foreign administrators. Retention is around 30% so we employ 35-45 new faculty each year.
