Current Lead multiple large teams including functional managers based in USA, Canada, Brazil, and India to oversee business performance, vendor performance, implementing and maintain customer solutions for Fortune 1000 companies Spearheaded strategic processes earning top ranked performing region on a continuous basis Develop, execute, and manage strategic initiatives to enhance company strategy utilizing cross functional relationships with sales, sourcing, engineering, and operational teams on a global scale; implement new services and hybrid working models based on location strategy and budget requirements Establish, and maintain positive relationships with key vendors (AT&T, Verizon, Century Link, GTT and Bell Canada) to ensure maximum performance and return on investment including cash in and cash out. Perform vital role in onboarding partners through issuing, negotiating, and administering new contracts Evaluate company objectives to align teams, processes and training and development needs to support strategic initiatives with cross functional relationships between sales, sourcing, engineering, and operational teams globally Ensure company financial and revenue targets are met according to cost and margin requirements. Consistently meet or exceed budgetary requirements and key performance metrics. Focus on continuous improvement actions to enhance efficiencies, reduce costs by monitoring and analyzing trends, performance, budget, and other key areas Create and administer new services for Field Support. Institute dashboards and performance score cards for vendors and internal team performance. Collaborate with sales teams to improve challenge areas based on customer accounts Initiate cost avoidance and recovery processes within delivery systems and tools Manage customer facing professional services teams focused on technical management of global customer networks utilizing technologies such as (Sony, MARS, OTIS, GSK, Siemens)
