It was my job to be able to answer any question a consumer has about their Lexus vehicle. A majority of my time was spent in the finance office where I assisted customers through their paperwork. It is my true belief that if one provides exceptional customer service, profit inevitably follows. In my personal opinion, I wasnt in the car business but rather, the people business. I worked closely with management and our sales staff to keep customer service at its highest potential. Technology and Finance were my specialties.
