Lead Design Application Specialist
Current- Continuously seek out new technologies, tools, and efficiencies to ensure the Construction Services organization is aware of industry needs and trends.- Develop, document, and disseminate processes, procedures, practices, workflows, tools and efficiencies. - Assists supervisor with the management of various concurrent projects within established scope, according to the project schedule and prioritizing and scheduling daily work flow while producing quality meeting records and project documentation. Makes recommendations for plans and actions to keep initiatives, objectives, and timelines on track. - Coordinates and monitors design application team member day to day operations to ensure all work needs are met, with little to no oversite, while maintaining a learning environment and creating a climate where designers want to do their best. Reviews work of design applications members to ensure expectations are met in conjunction with Uponor standards. Recommends changes in policies or procedures and provides input for evaluating colleagues' performance as necessary.- Lead and coordinate best practice and design application training to new employees as well as providing continuing education to existing employees. - Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor- Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
