Locus is an economic analytics firm that uses a systems-science approach to tag, analyze, and predict industry, job, and product trends on behalf of government and corporate partners.- Developed exponential smoothing time series model that outperformed the BLS's ten year employment and wage projections — the global gold standard — by 5% (i.e. more accurate by around 6 million workers).- Independently executed and presented disability insurance analysis leading to projected savings of $76 million for a Fortune 500 insurance company due to overestimated claims in three sectors.- Used various high-dimensional regression/ML methods (Lasso, PLS, random forest) to identify economic functions that led to policymaker-desired outcomes like GDP growth and city livability.- Designed accessible visualizations and restructured page flow for complex data outputs to improve user comprehension and usability.- Wrote open source Python data visualization package to easily generate interactive and customizable choropleths/geomaps. Memory and Neuroscience Lab @ Cornell Human Neuroscience Institute, Charles Brainerd, Ph.D.- Published paper in the Journal of Experimental Psychology on the temporal dynamics of false memory cognitive processes using multinomial modeling (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29698044).- Supervised multiple concurrent projects, creating roadmaps and introducing new automated pipelines for recruiting and managing research assistants.- Wrote program interface for neuroimaging experiment investigating neural basis of false memory.- Analyzed longitudinal data across a number of Alzheimer's Dementia memory and decision making studies.

- Coordinated and directed search for speaker lineup, including MacArthur fellow, Forbes 30 under 30 awardee, and Pulitzer Prize winner.- Work intimately with speakers to refine and develop speeches- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams to attract sponsors and attendees, resulting in more than 2000 ticket requests.
