• Detailed and experienced Project Coordinator for all IT Projects across all hotels and corporate restaurants. • Oversee and manage all Hotel opening for IT Department from construction phase through to opening date including budget, ordering, deployment, contractors and vendor management.• Main Administrator and Support Lead for Property Management Systems at all hotel locations including integration with Restaurant partners software. Includes all software upgrades, new orders, internal configurations and support leadership.• WI-FI Infrastructure improvement Project and Deployment Manager across all hotel locations including all budgets and vendor decisions. • 1st voice of communication from IT Department to all Sandman and Sutton Place Hotels. • Work with team members to effectively problem solve project deployment and action plan potential challenges. • Review, oversee and manage the completion of all IT needs logged via the company's IT Ticketing System.• Manage all Internet accounts from various suppliers for all hotels, Corporate restaurants and office locations across all brands.Work directly with all IT Department vendors for ongoing IT needs and current infrastructure.

Canada

• Facilitated the developing, testing and rolling out of new training/operational procedures, policies and company culture throughout the Sandman Hotel locations. • Worked with IT, Purchasing, Accounting and HR Departments to resolve operational issues, concerns and challenges. • Traveled throughout the Canadian locations to develop operational procedures and bluster the Company Culture.• Opened and supported new hotel locations from beginning of Design. Completed the build out and installation of the company's Property Management Software(PMS). Along with the training of all new hires on the PMS. • Became the 1st Line of support for all PMS inquiries for all Sandman locations. • Worked as a liaison with the hotels and Human Resources Manager including working as a Representative for HR in many manners directly related to the Front Line staff.
