Current• Responsible for the protection of federally owned/leased facilities.• Provides security and safety of client property, visitors, and personnel and is responsive in allsituations.• Preserves orders and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site about personnel,visitors, and premises• Controls access to clients' sites and facilities through the admittance process.• Monitors entrances and exits and acts to prevent unapproved or unlawful entry.• Patrols the assigned site on foot and check for unsafe conditions such as hazards, bombs, unlockeddoors, and security violations.• Protects evidence and scenes of the incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, and securityinvestigations.• Enters and maintains data on visitor logs or automated visitor database programs.
