As a Professional Licensed Surveyor in 11 states and territories, and as a technical leader in the field of geospatial science, I lead the team in conducting precise land surveys, utilizing advanced geospatial technologies to support a range of projects from infrastructure development to environmental studies. My responsibilities include:• Managing the preparation of Right-of-way plans for the Regional Transportation District's Fastracks Commuter Rail project, a 2 billion dollar, 44-mile commuter train rail network.• Supervising surveying staff in the completion of right-of-way plans, legal descriptions, GNSS and conventional field observations, and boundary exhibits.• Reviewing and approving the work of surveying staff.• Managing partnerships with large engineering firms and government agencies.• Preparing proposal packages for submittal to other engineering firms and government agencies.
