• Managing the preparation of Right-of-way plans for the Regional Transportation District's Fastracks Commuter Rail project, a 2 billion dollar, 44-mile commuter train rail network.
• Supervising surveying staff in the completion of right-of-way plans, legal descriptions, GNSS and conventional field observations, and boundary exhibits.
• Reviewing and approving the work of surveying staff.
