With a diverse background in UX, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Product Management, I help bring people and software products together to achieve better satisfaction and ROI. Throughout my varied experience is a deep empathy for people as they navigate their way through their professions. I’m comfortable working with all levels of employees in both large and small institutions. I like taking what we think we know about the software we use, all those assumptions we carry around, and talking to users to find out where their pain points really are and how our software can make their work lives better. When I'm not working at ground level I like to get involved in product strategy so that I can better understand where the company wants to take things and contributing directly to that goal. More recently I’ve started exploring the realm of data science and using the information gleaned to help my clients find the most value in the shortest time. Direct experience with software and product development, both thick and thin client. Trained in full life cycle product management, both waterfall and Agile methodologies. That, along with, training in UX and business analysis make me a versatile and valuable commodity to my employer.
