- Assist the Manager and Registrars with relevant operational planning processes and policydevelopment and contribute to the implementation of the Museum’s strategic plan.- Build and maintain close external stakeholder relationships in consultation with the Manager and Registrars , including museums and galleries, government departments and other organisations to advocate for MAAS, to develop business networks and to build awareness of the MAAS programs.- Assist with the implementation of the Museum's collection and collection-based informationsystems according to professional museum standards, and NSW regulatory requirements,including, but not limited to, collection management, documentation and cataloguing,processing, access, acquisitions and de-accessions, inward and outward loans, storage,movement and transport of objects, and creating and maintaining records for these.- Ensure statutory and legislative requirements are adhered to and effective risk managementprocedures are in place.- Ensure adherence to a high level of collection management practice and procedures and aculture of optimal external and internal customer service.- Assist with ensuring the safety, security, location control and maintenance of objects ondisplay and on storage.

My Key accountabilities included: - Contributing to interpretation and audience engagement including program preparation, development and creation of supportive interpretative documentation for staff.- Conduct research for potential interpretive content.- Collect, collate and interpret data on audience- Assist in the management of the Anzac Memorial’s education collection including the documentation, cataloguing and research of objects.- Worked collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop a new public program.- Consider the implications of immediate and longer-term objectives (cost, sustainability, use, materials etc.) of a mobile touch trolley as part of public program initiative for volunteers.
