I lead a team of 10 applied scientists, software development and machine learning engineers driving growth in experimentation platform and culture at Zillow, the first team dedicated to experimentation in our company's history. We are building Zillow’s first end-to-end self-service experimentation platform, empowering product and marketing teams with tools for scientific decision making. We've grown experiment volume 3x+, and driven a 70% reduction in defect rate.

I led a team of scientists and engineers to develop Zillow's first application of contextual multi-armed bandit experimentation via an internally built customer experience optimization platform and model training and serving pipeline. Developed production software to manage and monitor telecommunications management systems. I spent almost 2 years in Mexico City, Mexico developing and integrating a Telecommunications Manager of Managers system for our customer Telmex. I worked alongside our customer each day collecting requirements, establishing sign-off criteria, conducting customer demos, integrations, providing technical training to local operator and support personnel (in English and Spanish), and providing briefs to C-Level leadership.
