Aaron and I stayed in the library working together for our is wanting to make sure that we had considered every angle, every detail - we did not want to present unless our pitch was perfect. That thoughtful, strategic, calculated approach towards striving for perfection is absolutely emblematic of who Aaron Yang is as a human being. In addition to overlap in our coursework, and serving as strategic advisors to the Dean, Aaron and I spent two years serving as the leaders of the Smith Undergraduate Student Association (SUSA), where we rebuilt the 80+ person organization from the ground up. Aaron‘s role was acting as the VP of Strategy and Operations, a role he himself designed and laid the foundation for. As with all of his endeavors, Aaron constantly made the best decisions for our organization. It is a result of his leadership, and innate ability, that SUSA achieved its most successful years in decades. Regardless of the industry, the organization, or the position, all would be well served by Aaron Yang joining their team. He is the type of professional that, just by being in a room, he can enhance the productivity and overall experience of every other person there. When presented with a challenge, professionally or personally, Aaron will never compromise by taking it easier path. He will carefully consider the options before him, the implications of each potential future action, and he will choose the best path, regardless of how difficult it may be.
