Provide white glove managed IT services to all Novani clients, with a focus on approximately 20 clients. Clients span all verticals from schools (200 – 400 users), to local government agencies, to real estate developers (10 – 20 user high end offices). Ensure client expectations are met by providing polite, accurate, and timely service while respecting clients’ budgets and schedule and exercising discretion. Deliver all services from desktop support to network and server installation, while maintaining SLAs and response times defined in client service agreements. Mentor, train, and assist other engineers. Work with leadership team to evaluate business tools and systems.

Overlooks the day to day operations of the school’s Department of Technology. Day to day roles include managing and supplementing help desk staff, assisting teachers and administration with the selection, development, and implementation of new technology initiatives, seeking bids/quotes for upcoming projects, as well as systems administration.
