I'm a corporate /commercial lawyer and company director. I founded Frontera Law in September 2023 to deliver legal services differently and to specialise in servicing clients in the travel, tourism & events industry, and the community pharmacy sector. I specialise in general commercial advice and M&A transactions (deals valued between $1 million and $50 million). I've acted for ASX listed companies, privately held companies and individual entrepreneurs. I have a diverse portfolio over over 100 clients within the travel tourism & events industry, and act for individual pharmacists and large pharmacy groups. In the commercial world, I have established two large-scale event travel businesses (Green & Gold Army and TropOut) and have a deep knowledge and understanding of the travel industry. I serve as a board member of the Council of Australian Tour Operators, Victorian Tourism Industry Council and Student Education Travel Organisation.
